Reece Hamriding is the Director and Agent of Dominion Sports Group, boutique basketball representation and consulting agency built on credibility, transparency, and long term athlete development.

With extensive experience across elite junior pathways, semi-professional and professional environments, Reece brings a coach first, athlete centred approach to representation. His work spans contract negotiation, career planning, NIL advisory, and high performance support with a strong focus on helping athletes make informed decisions at critical points of their careers.

Reece is known for his direct communication, detailed preparation, and willingness to advocate firmly on behalf of his clients. He places a premium on fit, opportunity, and development over short term outcomes, ensuring each athlete’s pathway aligns with both their basketball ambitions and personal values.

Daniel Dobson is one of our Basketball Consultants with our NIL and Pro division.

Lifelong background in basketball as both a player and mentor, Daniel brings a genuine passion for player development and helping athletes maximise their opportunities on and off the court.

From junior representative basketball to touring the United States in 2006, his journey has helped shape a strong understanding of the game and the pathways available for aspiring athletes.
Daniel is committed to building meaningful relationships and supporting players in reaching the next level across representative, collegiate, and professional basketball.
Rhys Hislop brings valuable experience from his playing career in both Australia and Germany, giving him firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities athletes face throughout their basketball journey.
Transitioning from the court to the business side of the game, Rhys joins DSG with a genuine passion for helping athletes maximize their potential and take the next step in their careers.
His experience, network, and commitment to player development will be a tremendous asset to DSG.
